1. Access to the Service
1.1 You agree to use The Shins Van services only if legally able and in compliance with these Terms. Registration requires accurate information. Use by anyone under 13 is prohibited. If in the EEA, use is allowed based on age consent laws or with parental consent.
1.2 You have the right to access content under the terms outlined. Internet access and related fees are your responsibility. Software downloads may be subject to additional licenses.
2. Your Registration Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete Registration Data. You must promptly update any changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your IDs. You will not allow another person to use your IDs.
3. Service Fees
3.1 By registering, you agree to pay designated fees for the selected Service level. Additional charges may apply. Trial Period terms are outlined separately.
3.2 Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel or change plans. Fees are nonrefundable. Fee changes are possible, and your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
4. Termination/Cancellation/Refunds
4.1 To cancel, visit www.theshinsvan.com. No refund for the current month’s subscription is provided. Cancellation terminates access.
4.2 The Shins Van may terminate your access immediately if you violate this agreement. You may terminate by providing notice through your account portal.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 The Shins Van has rights to use content from third-party providers. Users cannot share files obtained through the Service. Duplication or reproduction is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial use.
5.2 The Shins Van retains exclusive ownership of the Service. Users have no rights or license to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, or trademarks, except as expressly provided. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the Service is prohibited.
5.3 Users may not copy, reproduce, transfer, re-license, reverse engineer, or participate in the sale or exploitation of the Service or related software. The Shins Van retains all rights not expressly granted.
5.4 Copyright infringement claims should be directed to the Copyright Agent and include specific information outlined in this section.
This Terms of Service Agreement is a binding contract between you and The Shins Van. Your use of the Service indicates your acceptance of these terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read carefully before using the Service.
